01 — Scope
If it is a hard surface on your site and it has to look finished, it is on this list.
Mortar haze, snots and construction dust across full elevations.

02 — Working a live site
Most brick cleaning contractors want an empty site and a clear week. You rarely have either. Here is how we fit into a build that is still running.
Construction job galleryWe clean and release one elevation at a time so scaffold, landscaping and finishing trades can follow us round the building instead of waiting for us.
Where the site cannot lose day access, or where an occupied building needs the frontage done before trade opens. Quoted at the same rate, not a premium.
If scaffold or EWP is already on site we work off it and take the access cost out of the quote. Tell us the strike date and we work backwards from it.
Marked and signed with your site manager before anything is turned on, so other trades keep working and nobody walks into a wet fall zone.
Bunding at the base of the elevation, on-site filtration, disposal through a licensed liquid waste contractor. Dockets go in your handover file.
The person who quoted your job is on site running it. No account manager relaying messages to a subcontractor you have never met.
03 — Case notes
Clients not named — we do not publish a builder’s site without written permission. Ask and we will put you on the phone to them.
Brunswick East · 3,180 m² · new face brick
Six-stage handover across eleven months. Mortar haze on all elevations plus efflorescence on the south-facing party walls through winter. Cleaned in stages tied to the builder’s settlement dates.
Outcome
Every stage released on program. Two return visits for late salt bloom, at no charge.
Docklands · 1,640 m² · glazed brick, precast
Traffic film and carbon on a street frontage with a tram line at the base. Night shifts under permit, EWP with spotter, traffic management for two of the five nights.
Outcome
Frontage completed in five night shifts. No day-time access lost by other trades.
Fitzroy North · 210 m² · solid brick, lime mortar
Four coats of exterior paint over 1890s brickwork, heritage overlay, no abrasives permitted. Poultice system applied in three passes with hand rinsing between each.
Outcome
Original brick and lime joints intact. Signed off by the heritage consultant first inspection.
